IMEX-Vibes in Las Vegas
Three days in Las Vegas, a booth between neon lights and air-conditioned exhibition halls—and right in the middle of it all, Larissa, representing Munich for the first time in the USA. Here we tell you what everyday life at the trade fair, encounters, and rooftop nights were like.
An Evening Full of Enjoyment and Good Cheer
After our strategy meeting on Friday, November 21, 2025, there was one more item on the agenda: our Christmas party. We took a taxi from the office to Café Solide, a cute little restaurant run by long-time friends of the agency in the Prenzlauer Berg district. We were warmly welcomed with a drink and delicious canapés.
Moving forward Together – our Strategy Meeting
From November 20 to 21, our Berlin office was the center of exchange, ideas, and clear perspectives: our annual strategy meeting was on the agenda. Two days that gave us not only figures and plans, but also a strong sense of unity.
Sunny days in Barcelona
In mid-November, it was that time again: IBTM Barcelona opened its doors and we were right in the midst of it. Marie and Fayza represented Camonsite on site—and in glorious sunshine and lovely warm temperatures.
Touchdown and City Vibes in Berlin
Berlin under the spotlight of the NFL: We successfully supported our client with a program that brought the city to life and had its grand finale at the Olympic Stadium.
Between River Spree and the Palace – Two Days Full of Contrasts
Two days, one city, 180 guests from France – and one goal: to experience Berlin in all its diversity. We put together a program for our client that embraced contrasts: street art and palace culture, urban energy and festive elegance. With great attention to detail and a perfectly timed schedule.
The kickoff: arrival at the historic Hotel Adlon. The heart of the capital beats right next to the Brandenburg Gate – and this is where our journey together begins.

Full Time to Waste
This was a matter close to our hearts. We never imagined how much fun a litter cleanup could be. Six Camonsites set out, equipped with gloves, vests, and lots of enthusiasm. We set off around our neighborhood, along sidewalks, through bushes, and across playgrounds. Our mission was to show that sustainability is more than just a buzzword—it's a real community effort.
Rain from the Sky, Sunshine in Our Hearts
Five days. Four evening events. Four tour formats. One hundred guests from the USA experienced Berlin in their own unique way. This was our summer project for an international car company: an incentive trip for the top salespeople of the year and their partners. Our goal was to create a trip full of impressions, diversity, and a touch of Berlin flair.
