A historic and heartfelt start to three unforgettable days

Three days in Berlin – three very different experiences, United by one goal:

To bring the history, atmosphere, and diversity of our city closer to international guests. For our client, we created an event that ranged from a historical look back to a lively evening of dancing. With around 230 guests, great attention to detail, and a team that knows timing.

The kickoff: about 120 guests went on themed tours through Berlin, focusing on the city’s division. From Checkpoint Charlie to the Asisi Panorama and the East Side Gallery – history became tangible. The finale at “Maximilians” brought everyone together at one table for a shared lunch, first encounters, and a wonderful start.

The Gala Night: Bringing Berlin’s history to life

The gala evening at Classic Remise was the centerpiece. Guests were welcomed with drinks in the reception area, surrounded by gleaming vintage cars that sparked conversations. One Jaguar, prominently displayed, drew particular attention. The atmosphere was open, engaging, and vibrant.

A Marlene Dietrich double hosted the evening, sang, and created connections. A suitcase artist surprised with a short, witty performance. The highlight that gave us goosebumps: a video mapping on the history of the Berlin Wall – from its construction to its fall – seamlessly transitioned into a trampoline show. The performers jumped through windows, overcame walls, and made history physically tangible. Everything ran smoothly. The client and guests were thrilled.

A warm and festive finale at Arminius Market Hall

To conclude: an evening at Arminius Market Hall. Our group had a reserved area with various food stands and a dessert cart offering culinary variety. A live band provided musical accompaniment as guests relaxed, exchanged ideas, laughed, and eventually even danced. Many would have loved to stay longer. For us, that was the sign: mission accomplished.

Lea, Marilyn, Livia, and Goran – we were a strong team. The schedule was tight, the program complex. But we made it happen. With professionalism, passion, and experience. And with a client who, in the end, simply said:

“The evening events were truly outstanding.”

Three days in Berlin, many stories – and an event that will stay. For the guests. For the client. And for us.
