Between River Spree and the Palace – Two Days Full of Contrasts
Day one – Creativity by the water
Berlin is colorful, Berlin is loud, Berlin is art, Berlin is history. The East Side Gallery tells this story in color, and we go one step further: a graffiti workshop right at the river Spree. Spray cans, bright colors, your own ideas - an experience that connects and inspires. The urban backdrop, the laughter of the group: Berlin shows its creative side.
Afterwards: a warm welcome at Maximilians. Berlin cuisine, genuine hospitality, a place to relax and enjoy. A shared lunch in classic Bavarian style – down-to-earth and hearty.
The evening – gala at the palace
Charlottenburg Palace opens its doors exclusively for our guests. A guided tour that brings history to life: magnificent halls, ornate details, stories from another era. And then – the transition to the Orangery. Festively lit, ready for an evening of glamour. A champagne reception, an amazing magician, a DJ setting the rhythm. The 3-course menu is a culinary highlight, accompanied by fine wines and drinks. The atmosphere? Open, lively, elegant. The music sets the tone, and guests enjoy the evening until the late hours.
Day two – Berlin à la carte
No standard program, but experiences of your choice. Our guests decide for themselves: Museum Island - art and culture in the heart of the city, Trabis - Berlin on four iconic wheels, an adventure with retro charm, Jewish Berlin, and lunch high above the city.
Finishing up: walking tours - Berlin shows itself once again from all sides - urban, historical, lively.
Behind the scenes
Valentina and Goran accompanied this project with passion and a keen eye for detail. The key to success? Close, trusting cooperation with our client, a reliable network of partners, and a team that works together seamlessly. 180 guests, a tight schedule, many moving parts - and yet everything went according to plan. In the end, one thing remains above all else: satisfied guests and a client who was thrilled.
Our Wow-Moment
When the doors of the Orangery opened and the guests stepped from the champagne reception into the festively lit hall – accompanied by magic and music. A moment that showed Berlin at its most elegant. A moment that will remain.
Two days in Berlin, many stories – and an event that leaves a lasting impression. For the guests. For the client. And also for us.
