Market Hall, Magic, Maultaschen
Culinary Delights met a Unique Concept:
Around 25 carefully selected market stalls offered everything from falafel and tarte flambée to ceviche, sushi, and Swabian Maultaschen, ensuring a lively food experience. The market operators opened their kitchens exclusively, giving the evening its own unique rhythm. The combination of encounters and cuisine was a success. The room bustled with activity, the conversations were lively, and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Carefully planned, flexibly implemented.
We started designing the concept and selecting the location in October 2024. We addressed the logistical challenges of an evening event of this magnitude in advance, including guest transportation, shuttle service, host team coordination, and planning for a comfortable stay in summer temperatures. Thanks to close coordination with the venue and a well-thought-out on-site setup, the hall remained comfortable even at 86 degrees Fahrenheit.
Details with Impact.
Several elements gave the evening a special touch: QR codes on easels easily guided guests to menus and floor plans. A dessert cart, a candy bar, live music, and a magician were small highlights that made a big impact without much fanfare. And a marching band that really picked up the pace shortly before the end.
Confident Support until the last Guest left.
Our team, consisting of Hilke, Lea, and Valentina, supported by a strong host team and an experienced transport coordination team, was present from start to finish. The last guests left the hall shortly after 1 a.m., and they were safely accompanied back to the airport the next morning.
Trust that Pays Off
From the beginning, our collaboration with our client has been characterized by trust, clarity, and appreciation. We regularly organize events for them, and it is precisely in such well-established partnerships that we see what is possible: an event that is unique, atmospheric, and well-thought-out. It was a nice bonus that we met some old acquaintances among the guests.
